a. Punctual payment: The client is responsible for timely payment of the agreed-upon amount as outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or contract.
b. Non-withholding of payment: The client agrees not to withhold payment for any reason unless otherwise specified in the MOU or contract.

Delays and Unforeseen Events:
a. Unforeseen eventualities: The Firm shall not be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events or acts of God, such as poor weather conditions, flooding, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Methods:
a. Accepted payment methods: Payments can be made through bank transactions using methods such as cheques, cross cheques, pay orders, and online money transfers from bank applications.
b. Non-acceptance of cryptocurrencies: We do not accept payment in Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies.

Fees, Deposits, and Refunds:
a. Non-refundable fees: All fees and deposits paid to Designing Hub are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the MOU or contract.

Tax Obligations:
a. Client’s responsibility: All applicable taxes and levies will be borne by the client as per the prevailing laws and regulations.
